Sintered Tungsten (W) Crucible

The melting point of tungsten is as high as 3410°C. Therefore, tungsten crucibles are widely used as core containers in industrial furnaces such as sapphire single crystal growth furnaces, quartz glass melting furnaces, and rare earth smelting furnaces. The working temperature environment is generally above 2000°C.

For sapphire single crystal growth furnaces, tungsten crucibles with high purity, high density, no internal cracks, precise dimensions, and smooth inner and outer walls can significantly improve the success rate of seed crystals during sapphire crystal growth. High-quality tungsten crucible plays an important role in controlling the quality of crystal pulling, decrystallization sticking to the pot, and service life.

Our tungsten crucibles are pressed into shape, then sintered at high temperatures to form a dense structure, and finally precision machined to produce tungsten crucibles with excellent strength, heat resistance, and chemical stability.

Note: When using a sintered tungsten crucible, care must be taken to avoid rapid temperature changes to avoid cracking the sintered tungsten crucible. In addition, care must be taken to avoid contact with strong oxidizing substances to avoid affecting the service life of the sintered tungsten crucible.
