 ①Machined crucible 

Machined tantalum crucible is mainly small crucible, generally tantalum rod as raw material, processed by lathe.

Advantages: good machined surface, high precision
Disadvantage: high cost

 ②Sintering crucible 

Sintered tantalum crucible is a process in which tantalum powder is shaped by isostatic pressing technology and then sintered into tantalum crucible at high temperature in a vacuum environment. This process is suitable for large tantalum crucible.

Advantage: low cost
Disadvantage: accuracy is not easy to guarantee

③Welding crucible

Tantalum crucible welding process is to select the appropriate size of the tantalum sheet or tantalum foil, rolled into a cylindrical and welded, and then welded at one end of the cylinder plate, after the appropriate size correction and surface treatment process, the final production of qualified finished tantalum crucible.

Advantages: thin-walled crucibles can be made
Disadvantages: high requirements for welding sealing

④Stamped crucible

Stamping tantalum crucible process is the selection of high-quality tantalum or tantalum foil, with the appropriate mold, single or multiple stamping production. The process has the advantages of moderate cost, high dimensional accuracy and high mechanical performance. Suitable for small and medium-sized crucible production, has been widely used. 

■ Advantages: high efficiency, moderate cost
Disadvantage: Increased cost when the number of products is too small
